You seem unhappy there, have you considered going to Singapore or other big cities in Asia for a change? Or maybe concentrate on youtube and be self employed.

I've seen so many vlogs about Korea, but you are the only one by now who actually said it out loud, how is it living here in Korea as a foreigner, or just in a foreign place at all. hello! i stayed at the airbnb for a month, and during that time i focused on finding the apartment. once i found one and realized that i couldnt immediately move in, i extended my airbnb for another month. :) you need arc to sign a contract (if it's the yearly housing contract -- not airbnb), but sometimes the realtor or landlord could wait till you get one (as they need to report to the nearest district office). hope this helps!

hmm i think if you sign a "normal" contract with any realtor or landlord, usually they will ask for your valid ID. some will ask for passport but i think arc is more common. it really depends on the type of house (officetel, one room or shared room) and the how chill the landlord is, lol (i got rejected once because im a foreigner). it's safest if you book a 1 month airbnb first while looking for a new place & at the same time, waiting for your arc!
I found that having a general 1, 2 and 5 year plan is helpful for me. I can then compare weekly, monthly, or yearly, if anything is going well to get me to the place I want to be. For example, if you have a job that you hate but it pays well and your 1 year plan is to buy a car, each month that you save some money gets you closer to month 12 when you get your car. It's easier to keep turning up if it's getting you closer to the goal. It doesn't matter what the goal is as it's all your own choice. The same way some people go to the gym every day to reach a fitness goal. Each trip there is hard, but gets closer to the result. I also think it helps work out if a job, a home, a city, a hobby, is worth having or needs changing as it isn't helping you reach your true goal. That long term look always gave and gives me satisfaction. Or a push to change.
