I follow a guy in Varna. And he gets lots of "l know better than you types" your not alone. Try and ignore them but I know it hurts deep down. My book "Ride to the Arctic" on Amazon got some bad comments when i posted on the FB Horizons Unlimited page. It sure does hurt
Thank you for that idea, I did not have any old garden gloves laying about and used a piece of bicycle inner tube. the thinner type for 23 to 25 mm. My ball were already a bit cracked from over tightening and before putting the inner tube over the ball I packed everything with hot glue. Worked a treat. Thanks again.
@@MOTOTravelUK if you put a gpx file in it the tom tom will not always follow it. It will re route around off road sections without warning and on cold mornings the screen mists up. The battery life is pathetic the memory is low . The twisty route option is just bad. It's just a poor sat nav marketed for bikes. It will not follow an unpaved road .Why is a phone cheaper easier to use more powerful with a better battery.
Well, mine works well. OK. I can't add tet gpx files. But that no the job of a satnav. Regarding unpaved roads. Man I got them in spates. Sometimes I need to switch to car mode to get some tarmac. Honestly, it is insane what tracks and trails vome out of this thing.

Why not use them? 180 Euros that's why! I had Oxford Rainseal muffs and the only thing wrong was they could have come an extra couple of inches up your arms. I agree Muffs are brilliant and I like these German ones - but too pricey!
The only thing I regret about riding the Grossglockner is that I don’t taken enough photos, this video has brought back some fantastic memories, thank for such a great video.
Couldn’t agree more! Never mind the armchair critics who criticize the choices one makes but yet don’t put themselves out there on the line. I admire what you are doing and how you are doing it … the way you want it to be done. Good for you and good luck in your travels.
