Hi, any chance we can contact support for agent issues?. I have 2 users training on a single console, with 2 headsets connected. For some reason when one user talks, the audio is feedback looped into both headsets. Hearing your own voice in real time can be quite dazzling..

This is the best example that exist on where you have a group of people talking about Digital Transformation and having absolutely no idea what they are talking about. Just spewing fancy phrases and industrial terms to sound fancy and important. If these people would be my boss and tell me that we "need" Digital Transformation and come up with this story, I would laugh out loud in their faces. The only guy who's story seems to have a cohesion that makes somewhat sense is from Rich McBee. I would give him another shot. I've stored this video in my favorites to show people how not to talk about Digital Transformation. Thanks for that :).
Is there a way to make it so, say if an individual was on 'lunch' for over a set time, you'd receive an email notifying which agent/extension number has done this?

Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it.
Adt installed a cloudlink to my network router. Short time after i received multiple notices from unknown sources my personal data has been breached. I wrote it off as scams. Forward a week later i paid my credit card using online banking app as i alwaus do. 5 minutes after i logged off i received a phone call on the device i used and a person told me my bank account has been compromised please call to fix this issue. Now i am convinced ADT employees are hacking into my devices. I have a the same phone since 2016 the the screen has never blinked. I have noticed the screen will blink when im on certain sites. This started shortly after adt installed these devices. Further more my installer hooked a wifi range extender to my cloudlink for the pulse but i later discovered the extender is NOT compatible with any ADT cameras or the cloudlink. Im currently in an on going investigation to determine they are infact CRIMINALS in disguise. Please anyone who could give me info on this matter give me a reply. I am two month into a 3 year contract and not allowed to escape with breach of contract.
I've been searching for way too long, so I'm straight out going to ask here if you're willing to help. Lets say you wanted to do simple math in the marquee to combine two variables, how would one go about that? For example "(ACD Time + ACD Hold Time)/ACD Count" is something specifically I've been trying to do.
It should we have windows 10, and we used this system. It works really well compared to other real time monitoring system I had to use. Learning curve is pretty quick to learn.

Hi all, is there anyway to enable https in the browser? It seems that certain certificates are regarded suspiciously and others are blocked altogether. For example, I can accept gmail's certificate as safe and then login to Gmail just fine. However, if I go to GoToMeeting.com or the Google Play Store, a secure connection cannot be established. An updated browser might be a solution too since the browser that the UC360 comes with is no longer supported. I feel like these sites are deliberately blocked, anyone have any advice?
