I love to see how these very basics are taught. I am a very young teacher in respect to master Cho, but I am heavily confused by all the schools that teach punching to straight elbow, that teach to only girate the hip and punch the fist forward. No chaining, no physiological understanding. Luckily more and more school start to recognize the fact that what your teacher teaches you is NOT the limit of your knowledge. Every new piece of knowledge of humanity about the abilities of our body and forces surrounding the movements, should be incorporated, not imagined to be deteriorating towards the art of any traditional Martial Arts.
I am so wondering why they didn't put this in DVDs as I saw USA Western of USA did those interviews and asking questions to famous actors and actresses who roleplays this and that and what's the main movie is going to be and like so I don't missed any like this as I been purchasing their VCDs versions than any as deleted scenes that I was wondering do they left those out and didn't put them into films that's maybe why they're able to because of not alot of rooms in the discs as I heard til they improved it as more space in them ever than others
Wow, rad share - for anyone here interested, Sifu Peterson has quite a few books and DVDs/video lectures packed with awesome info and his gung fu "brother" Sifu Gary Lam is my teacher - Sifu Lam also has quite a few DVDs/seminars (they're all great but you can start with 'Foundation Fortress' and walk away with a GOOD FOUNDATION obviously). Anyway, sorry for this huge comment, I just love fighting - train hard and fight calm

Do not get me wrong, Bruce Le is actually beating fat virgin neckbeards who literally sit on pc all day seething on reddit as Bruce Lee was really skillful and quite powerful at delivering hits but still fighting is not all about delivering and executing hits it is much more than that. It is effectively high aggression, it is fearlessness, it is having an effectively covering guard to block & absorb blows to the head, it is a ingeniously anticipating & counter-punching and counter-kicking, it is having strkngly ejective powerful kicks and punches, it is not telegraphing sonething Bruce Lee did in that heavy punching bag despite advocating of the opposite, it is having strongly developed hard muscles to absorb blows, it is high testosterone, it is being brutally cruel mauler and composed and calm under intemse pressure, it is advanced technique, it is smart tactics & strategy, it is high-intensity pressure-testing sparring to truthfully acquire how to effectively fight etc. Bruce Lee didn't face any professionally fighting opponents, he was a very lacking amateur in actually fighting.
