Which ultrasound handpiece you mean? -the big ultrsound? With our engineers last 20years experiene there hasn't had any leakage current problem, the ultrasound handpiece power is 5V, shouldn't has such problem. Ps: if it's BIO handpiece, there might be a little microcurrent, also won't be leakage current. If it really has leakage current pls provide videos and evidence to your supplier, ask them to replace you a new handpiece. Hope this helps for you

Hi Suhaib, this laser is for tattoo removal, carbon facial peeling, eyebrows removal, pigmentation removal. Not for hair bleaching. And we don’t have hair bleaching machine but we have hair removal machines. Let me know if you have any further questions
Not sure where you bought the machine, but for this problem of this Hydra Beauty machine, here are two suggestions: 1. Please check if the bottle is installed properly? It can be unplugged and installed again, and all its treatment interfaces are checked to see if the connections are intact 2. If it still does not work after inspection, then the solenoid valve connected to the bottle is faulty. Please contact your seller to tell which bottle is the number one, and provide photos and videos so that they can send you a new solenoid valve for replacement.
