They sound better because it’s 3 8in pushing bass so it’s more evenly leveled out yes 2 12s are amazing don’t get me wrong but for a nice crisp sound 3 8s is your go to
Would it be cool to connect the wires to the amp for a real-time reading of the power being supplied to the amplifier? Power to power, ground to amps ground location, and the remote wire of the voltmeter connected to the amps remote wire so the voltmeter kicks on and off with the amp.
Following u on this journey bro.. I'm into car audio, so I enjoy watching ppls building their setups. I'm actually in the thought process of rebuilding mines for like the 4th or 5th time but this time im trying to make it show quality, nah just to make it look good and hopefully keep things functional. Been in the thought process for a couple months now and still ordering stuff I might need lol. It never ends in our world.

Have u thought about 2 12s and 2 15s in both rides. If not i would do the 15s in the wagon. That would give u more cone area for that cabin. Just a thought.
@@joelnlala11 I haven’t, but the 12s are D2, and 15s are D4 so I wouldn’t able to mix match them like that. I’m thinking that’s going to be the way, thanks for your input!
@@elpupusero aha cipote. Run what you can within your given space. If you have the room to run two eights in a properly sized box for them, run them. The more cone area the better. Also if loud isn’t your goal, look into running a sealed enclosure. You can also get away with a smaller box going sealed vs ported.
Great video. I did a similar set-up for my 2nd battery, running the wiring through the frame from the front to the back of my wagon. I came up through the former spare tire section. I know that's where you have your 2 air tanks so that option wasn't feasible for you. Great video! 💪🏾💯
I’ve got the same exact wheels. I had them sanded and cut and polished. They’re old school but never seem to go out of style. I’ve never found another set of 15x10 6x5.5 in them. The 5 lug ones are going for $2,000-3,000
I was saying the same thing about that rear drop. You know I initially started with 1/4" lines on my wagon, but switched to 1/2" lines after seeing yours. I can see your reasoning for wanting to slow down the drop, but I like it, lol. Keep up the great work Bro! 💪🏾💯✊🏾
@@J-Bizzle215 thanks bro! The 1/2 lines have been fun, especially on the 14s! Dropping as fast as they do can’t be good for the suspension lol currently in the process of replacing some things up front.
I know it's a lil older video but just a lil infow that might help, on the rear when using blocks you'll want to use the longer shocks since it spreads the the shock mounting points apart unlike the front where it closes the length of the mounting points. Also in the rear instead of going with 4in blocks you can either flip the middle spring on the leafs or remove it totally and probably just use 2in blocks and the shorter shocks. Clean looking truck you've got.
hey cuz,are those budnick's i used to have a black s10 with air bags riding on 17 inch budnick's tusk 2's they were the same design as yours but this was back in like 1997 oh and i lived in houston on the north side haha,i got a blazer now and wish i had my old wheels on it lol oh well,the price on budnicks or billet specialties these days is insane,i paid 1,700 for my 17 x 8's all 4 and now they cost that much for one wheel,damn,joe biden sucks haha
@@RidinDirtyTX no shit,i thought they were but i couldnt read the center cap,yea those wheels were the shit bro,i used to hang out with a group of guys and i had these wheels and everyone liked them but they were scared to get them because i would have been pissed haha but they made some other cool sets back then too though and they got them,but like i said you have to be a millionaire to afford them now,i dont see where people are getting the money for these huge rims now days you know,.

Indont get why people hate on skar. I got a 12" sdr at 2 ohm running with 500 Watts and it slams. I was shocked how good it was. Destroys my cousins kicker comp 12 and is 40 bucks cheaper. I'm gonna toss in 6 or 8 sdr 18s in my Tahoe asap to see how they do.
@@RidinDirtyTX you used wheels that were DUSTY and cleaned then to look polished ! Paid advert basically ! It’s no better than any Nike abrasive or wheel cleaner …I’ve tried it on all my wheels . Same result as using a karcher and brush

I commented on your other video earlier about laying frame on the spokes. Did it still lay completely out on these rims? And what is the backspacing offset on those? The look sweet. I just picked up a 94 roadmaster wagon and im bagging it . Right now on stocks.
