@@Euphonixmusic Only dealt with them once when was missing a handle bar clamp- email response took a few days but they sent out part in a week. No other contact since then Bike has been great- for a entry level bike, I’m happy Just put on 2500 miles today since Oct 2, 2023 Hope that helps😎

You puffin up those hills reminds me of a couple days ago. I rode the Lake Michigan shore, a lot of me in low gear, peddlin my ass off. But the views are worth it.
