I wish they had picture comments here. ❤❤❤. Your recipe is amazing. I normally change up the flavors and fillings and it's perfect every time. Today I made 18 muffins; 6 banana+oats, chocolate chip+oats, 6 lemon muffins. They came out perfectly. Thank you so much for this video. Commenting from Tanzania 🇹🇿, Eastern Africa.
I just made the recipe, the bread is delicious but throughout the process my dough had trouble rising. I followed everything exactly I am not sure what happend
Seems easy enough I’m trying this with gluten free bread flour cuz i can’t have the ones in the shop since it has wheat in them me and mum had been dying for this milk bread ever since we couldn’t have any food with wheat
Browned butter is just regular butter, but cooked and reduced. Just leave some butter in a pot over an open flame. Cooked until the butter turned dark brown. Make sure to stir the pot occasionally to prevent burning.
I tried this recipe, but my muffins came out, all of them, 100% raw on the inside, but with a top that was very good cooked. So I would suggest putting them in the oven at a much much lower temperature ( 175 degrees Celsius from the start) for a longer period of time. I have to mention that I have silicone muffin trays and that might contribute a little to the non cooking part.
Just made these, 100% my go-to recipe now, I only realized I accidentally left out the baking soda after I was adding this recipe to my binder, I only used the baking powder and they came out so INSANELY good and moist. So tasty, they aren’t overpowering but they definitely aren’t lacking any flavor. I rarely comment on the videos I try recipes from (because I forget) but these were so good I had to come back to this video, I’m not even writing the baking soda down, the texture and taste were perfect even without it 🩵 thank you so much!
Sesame paste is something you have to buy, you can’t make it because you need a special machine. You can get it at any of your local Asian supermarkets. The cookies can last up to 1 or 2 weeks if they are in a ziplock bag.
Seems to be very nice recipe and I wanted to try it. But I wanted to confirm the amount of Baking powder used. In the description it says "3/4 Tsp" but on video it shows "3/4 TBSP" Baking powder. How much baking powder needed for this recipe?
Sorry to hear that, you can reduce the sugar amount to fit your flavor profile. Depending on how ripe the bananas are they will be naturally sweeter towards the ripen side, so adjust according to that.
You absolutely could just mix all the wet ingredients together in the beginning, then add in the dry ingredients at the end. You will get the same results.
I have tried this recipe by reducing the total oil to 50ml and sugar 50g. Using red palm oil and extra virgin olive oil. Result turn out to be very good, the best recipe i have tried. I insert 2 dark chocolate coins into some of the muffin, they taste seperb. Thanks for this recipe.
Brown butter is butter that has been cooked until the milk solids turned brown. To make it whisk butter in a pot on medium heat, until the butter turned a deep brown. It will make your cookies have a deep nutty flavor. Of course you just use regular butter if you don’t want to make brown butter. Hope that helps, and let me know if have anymore questions? 😃
I’m not sure what do you mean? But one source of heat and set to the right temperature will do the job. As long as the oven is set to the right temperature is the most important part.
