Hey Alikutty A. first of all thanks for this great video on basic understanding of "How SAM works?" Even till today a lot of changes have happened like SAM workspace come, content lookup plugins providing more accurate info, and so on. But That's fine, although the basic concepts never changed and I think you have covered enough here in this video. Only one concern here- From SCCM/MECM you are directly pointing out to optimize the S/w license, but instead of this, shouldn't it go first in CMDB then normalization, and finally go to optimize Software license. Correct me if I am wrong.

Hi great video,it helped me a lot, I am facing couple of issues. 1.after complete of cloud discovery, I am able get the CI of VM on which azure is installed.but when open the CI and check, software details are empty rest all details I am getting 2.I have created new Azure VM and ran the discovery, but this new VM is not found, error is credentials not found. On the system mid server is not installed. How can I figure out these issue. Please help me. Thanks in advance
