Hi. You have a point there. Most of the area is in the fourth quadrant, meaning that we expect the y coordunate of the center of mass (and My) to be negative. The negative y can be obtained if we take the limits to change from a to b and not b to a which was used in the calculation. Everything else would remain the same.

Sir first of all ....thank you very much for your videos they're really helpful....but I have a question,,,, when picking vertical forces ,why don't we include W1 and W3 as downward forces??
@randomselector8479 You don't have to, the implication being that they are already represented through the tensions. W1 sets up T1, W3 sets up T2 and W2 sets up the very downward force on the middle.
