The Main Character of Assassin's Creed Shadows should be a Japanese Man with no real history like in any other Assassin's Creed game. But they went with a historical figure and presented their interpretation as fact. If they wanted a real Western Samurai, they should have chosen Miura Anjin(三浦按針) who was made a real Samurai by Tokugawa Ieyasu. But an Irish born man was not Black enough for them.

It is too weird that white people say an African guy is a lens to see the true history of Japan. Anyway, we keep claiming the historical accuracy. Referring to historical facts and persons and getting inspiration completely differs from making a fake history that was not actually there.
