I ccaught and released many like he killed to put on his wall. One I caught a half mile above check in cabin that was bigger than that one. I put it back.
Love the content you are putting out !! We just got back from fishing in Helen GA because of your videos !! Keep up the good work. P.S. thanks for also doing kid friendly videos with no cussing and good sportsmanship. My son is 12 years old and is in love fly fishing!!,
Halo's? nah those are parr marks on juvenile rainbows and disappear as they grow so basically you're saying that you're juvenile trout hunters - AKA little fish hunters. Not most peoples aspiration, but to each his own.
Why yes , we are public land fly fishing but the name of this channel has been changed way after that video was posted. We have changed the location of our fishing areas drastically. Thanks for the heads up !!
Will the public land fly fishing videos detail where exactly you all are catching the fish instead of only what you were using and how you are doing it
@@Publiclandflyfishing lots of people post videos and do not give a good detailed description of where they are fishing only techniques and equipment for someone who is trying to discover the southeast and the trout fishing that's available that is a big turn-off. I am a huge trout fisherman from Wisconsin and I did not realize the trout fishing that is available down here
@@KennethKempka-xg1jk thanks for being very informative about that !! I had no idea about what it’s like up north about how the fishing goes . I do know there’s many places in the southeast. Almost endless possibilities of fishing somewhere else every weekend if you go all year round . We will look into talking about this subject and we will come up with a solution to this .
@@Publiclandflyfishing yes my opinion about trout fishing in Tennessee before moving here was there is no trout fishing it's down south it's too warm for trout. Wisconsin is full of wild natural trout fishing because it's cold up there lol
Enjoyed your video again. What was that fly you used that had the green bead head? I just got back from Suches, Ga and the water was way down. Caught a few small fish but had a lot of fun!!! Have y’all ever fished there?
Thanks again !! We do appreciate you taking the time to watch this vid!! The fly I used earlier in the video is a fly I had made a few months back and it’s still new to me and it’s something that has caught many fish off of it already. I have been up to Suches , ga . It’s about an hour away from where i am.
Thanks for the awesome comment !! We do appreciate your feedback and support!! We can’t wait to have another great video to come out soon …. Be on the lookout.
Great video. Fished there many times. It does seem like Cherokee has gone down some. Have gone there lately and not caught a fish. I quit fishing the tournaments because the fishing was so bad. Do you sell the Massey flies?
I really enjoy watching your videos. Y’all are down to earth. I don’t enjoy watching people bragging on there top of the line equipment. Those were some pigs y’all caught there. Do you have to pay to fish there?
Thanks so much for the awesome compliments!! It means a lot more to us than you know !! This is a private stretch of land that does cost up to a reasonable price and depends on half or full day .
Good question!! Since it was our first time for the both of us . We really didn’t know much about the place we went to. Kinda went on a wild hair trip if that makes sense
