Where can i get one? Need to shipping to Indonesia 😭 i've never seen that before, really want it, really really want it.. But it looks so expensive, i can't have that
I bought multiple units from a store return auction. I took the ladders out of all of those units and combined them to make it this tall. This cannot be purchased being this tall. The standard size is about 3 feet.
@@pokerchris36 ahhh cool 😍 if the price not that expensive and free shipping world wide i would buy one. Dreaming like I wish someone could send me that toy even second stuff, it would complete my mini xmas tree and would be a great present ❤️❤️❤️
Hey I just wanna let everybody know I was back when the Navy pre wonder fest and was there they better bring it back that’s all I gotta say I was a very good climber and I showed a lot of people how to do it the way I did and they were very impressed used to do the Rockwall every time I used to do the little ice thing with the it it’s in the video yeah it was fine I miss doing it hope they get to do it again real soon oh no I love the the wonder fast I made it an annual tradition with my friends and whoever else I have with me we look forward to it every year we went more than one time I guarantee we went like a couple times a year a couple times in the short time that it was there for like a month and a half or whatever money aside it was a blast I have memories that will be there forever am I understand this year because of the pandemic they changed it up and I hated that oh my God I hope they bring it back the Navy pier one to one of us that is no more light up the lake that was the biggest mistake they’ve ever done
That’s awesome! I wish I could have seen how you added wire to get from “Merry” to “Mas” without random lights glowing behind the box. (What wires to cut, where you got matching blank green wire, etc.)
A 100 string set of lights is actually 2 50 light strings combined. Each bulb is 2.5 volts x 50 = 125volts. From my recollection, I think I needed more than 50 (maybe 60?) (they light slightly dimmer) lights for the merry mas circuit. I used the wire from the cord that I took the 10 extra bulb sockets from. I solder my connections and use liquid electrical tape over the solder joints. You can also use crimp on butt connectors if you wanted. If you don’t know someone who works with electric, you can plan out your project as close to store bought light strings and wrap electrical tape around unused bulbs so it blocks their glow.
@@pokerchris36 did you mean to reply to someone else? Also, can you remember the starting dimensions of the pegboard and what the final dimensions are? Thank you sir!
@@pokerchris36 you did a grand job! Thanks again for the info. I may use some speaker wire to splice from “Merry” to “Mas” at the end. I’ll figure out proper gauging later. Thank you again for all the info!!
@@mattrichey9501 That’s why I hooked up the lights with music volume on one circuit and the climbing separate. Once he reaches the top, I switch off the power to the climbing circuit. He stays up there most of the time. The other circuit is on a timer which turns the light/music on at preset times. I mostly leave the music turned down also, so it is usually a stationary lighted decoration unless of course kids come over and want to see and hear it operate.
@@mattrichey9501 actually no not at all. I was puzzled at the fact that if I wanted to, I could’ve flipped them on eBay because they all worked. Boxes were a bit torn, but that’s all. I was thinking they’d be messed up, but I didn’t care because I was trying to get a bunch of ladder pieces. I’m impressed by the ingenuity that went into the design of these. Mr. Christmas items are awesome collectibles!
Where did you buy this from? I am in the UK, but would pay shipping, have never seen them go that high though? Did you find somewhere that sells the extra ladders?
I bought 7 of these from a Store Returns website. Some were returned to the store with problems and others seemed to be unsold leftovers. The website slibuy com liquidates store returns out here. I parted them all out so I had the parts to custom make this.
The switch is already built into his hand. His hand hits a peg in the ladder and switches his direction from up to down and then from down to up. I had to remove multiple pegs to leave only one at the top and one at the bottom.
The pegs are in the ladder rail. There should be one at the top to match the one that is at the bottom. Check to see if maybe the top one broke off or find out why he’s not going all the way up and hitting the top peg.
