GIVE THESE EXERCISES A CHANCE TO RELEASE YOUR TIGHT MUSCLES......Somatic exercises help create length into muscles that have been shortened by movement patterns, injures, muscular imbalances. Somatic Exercises are slow and controlled Movements using your breath by exhaling and inhaling. Pandiculation means to tighten the tight muscles to release the opposite muscles through breath.
PILATES strengthen and lengthens through alignment and breathing. Your breathing moves you. If you hold your breath, you will not move the way you should.

Somantic pilates is probably the most mindful movement there is. It beats a massage or at least prevents us needing one! We are now connected and I hope you can support my place also!
