love how he disposes of the usual Chef crap like " Oh i learned with the best in France" he just cuts all that nonsensical stuff out. He rarely boasts himself to be the best, but he has great work ethic and spirit, unlike Gordon Ramsay who mostly talks crap....the USA version of Kitchen Nightmares is cringey to watch.
Mr Singhs is in my top 5 in glasgow it's lovely . Always made to feel welcome lovely staff and the food is amazing. Another one to try is the deli dar bar my 2 favourite restaurants in glasgow ....
But why only Scottish gins? There are so many good worldwide gins these days. Hendricks and Pickerings are fantastic, but Monkey 47 is amazing, and so is Bereksten, for instance. Even Bluecoat is excellent for a fabulous price, and it comes in the best looking bottle in the entire liquor world. And for great gin & tonic with Scottish gin, the best I’ve ever tasted in Martin Millers!
