I`m a norwegian in my mid 50`s, and have only eaten lutefisk once in my life. Hardly noone eat lutefisk on a regular basis, so perhaps you should learn more about our country before trying to teach others about it? What is the norwegian stare, by the way? Haven`t heard about it.
I love my city. I'm a West ender Glasgow is a city of difference s. My accent instantly let's someone from East Glasgow know where I'm from. Today I live in the outskirts of the city but I grew up around centre of the city. Yes I attended Hutchinson from 12-18 then Glasgow university As I said I love my city.
You should really have titled that, "Why NOT to live in the centre of London". I had much of the same opinion when I moved here, but I chose to live out East, far more relaxed. Oxford Street 25 minutes away, Epping Forest, and the M11 if I need to get the feck out. Best of both worlds. 😀 I said if I stayed here for five years, I'd probably have a heart attack with the stress. 25 years now.
Growing up in Greenock up the gibby the memories of them days had more good than bad. Might not of had much but everyone looked after each other always had a smile and asked if you were ok.

Undoubtedly it's one of the most beautiful countries (NATURALLY 😅speaking). So many beautiful places to visit, breathtaking landscapes and views (that's true) and so on .... But when it comes to strike up friendships is a real-life nightmare. It's not the Australian dream like 20y ago, it's not the El Dorado anymore, yet besides everything in terms of creating your tailor-made life is still on top. Anyway ,if you're looking for a truly-deep-relashionship/friendship country then Australia is not right for you. No offense guys, but if you're mostly basing your life on money or careers neglecting the social and friendship aspect......
I would just say be careful when crossing the road, especially bicycle lanes. Particularly if, like me, you’re from the UK where we mostly use cycle lanes as an extra pavement because so few people use them in Britain! However, completely different story in the Netherlands as the Dutch cycle everywhere! It’s a wonder they’re not born on bikes, it’s that natural to them! So they use their cycle lanes all the time!
as a town birkenhead is ok but its been let down by a greedy and corrupt labour council .... but until you have lived in birkenhead you are in the position to make a statement like this ... we have lost several shops due to the insane rents .... the market use to be one of the best in the uk.... so blame the council .. pure and simple !😡😡😡
