@@radbie Being comfortable with the controls definitely helps. For some jobs the route makes a big difference as well. If you're interested, the route I ended up with for this one started with the orbiting crate (should be coming over the horizon on the right as you take off), that way if you're quick with the docking you can come down pretty close to the drop point. Then I would go for the stationary nuke, then by the time you drop off, the moving nuke carrier should be right next to the drop point. Then I'd get the really annoying crate in the rubble crater, which is a killer of good times because it's so unpredictable, then finish with the static crate.
Nice to see you using the spectator camera! Haha your docker pass is going for a wild ride! Your flying has improved a lot since the last video! Well done! BTW if you don't want to stop each time you send a crate into the mothership, you can line up the blue flight vector with the cargo bay and it'll fly straight in there.
You make it look really smooth, especially considering with just how difficult this level is. Looks like you've got the "feel" of the orbits down really well! :D
So is that supposed to be like a black hole or something that the crates are orbiting? If so, are there other settings where there might be more realistic orbital physics? I'm a huge fan of KSP and I've been looking at this game for a while, but the graphics seemed a bit basic and I wasn't sure what the gameplay was like.
Yeah it’s an anomaly that you’re orbiting around. The graphics are pretty basic but inside the ship looks really good and the controls feel good. I have it on no assists and the Newtonian space physics are awesome. Gameplay is addictive and fun. ( for me) I’d say it’s definitely worth the $15.
Yeah I always turn the music off in games for the immersion but I might turn the music on in this game sometimes. Yeah Hotas support will be great and I have faith that they will implement it. Game is amazing. Came out of nowhere and is now one of my favorite VR games! This video was from my first time playing and I was pretty terrible. 😂
Yeah, clutch work not great. I had a 93 F2…I believe the one in the video is a 92….paint job. I rode the heck out of that bike, touring all over the West coast. Cam chain tensioner started going at 50k…would get the ticking. Super fond memories of that bike!!
What headset would you be using? I know it’s coming to PSVR2 and that will be cross play with PCVR up to 4 players but if you get it for the first PSVR then there is no cross play and it is only 2 player co-op. I really find the game to be a lot of fun.
Yeah then you are limited to 2 player co-op instead of 4 and can only play with other PSVR1 players. The PSVR2 version isn’t out yet I had fun playing the game solo but it’s more fun with teammates. There are probably still other PSVR players on there still. Otherwise if you get it and there isn’t I would play.
@@radbie that's great to hear, I'd be delighted to have a rematch with you. I have a racing community too, drivers who aren't blisteringly fast and don't take their racing too seriously. If you're a Discord user, you're always welcome to come race with us.
@@PuffedMuffin It’s not as sharp as playing flat but when you’re driving with the headset on it uses foveated rendering with eye tracking so it doesn’t look blurry where you’re looking. If that makes sense. Not perfect but really good.
I was fortunate to have met Alexander Zuyev when I was in the Navy. I spent an entire afternoon at lunch with him talking about his defection and how he managed to get his MiG out of the Soviet Union and into Turkey. He said he would write a book just like Victor Belenko who wrote, "MiG Pilot". His book would eventually come out as, "Fulcrum". Sad to know he died not too many years after making it to the U.S. but glad to know he died doing what he loved.
@@thefirstera9874 The damage is estimated at $20-100 million. It had all of it's electronics and it's horns stripped from it. The Blough is now under a long term lay-up in Conneaut, OH. CN is trying to sell it's fleet (I don't believe anyone bought it) so even if the Blough is bought by another company in the future then the economy still isn't great enough to want to return it to service. The Blough could make for a good barge but I don't know enough about structure to know if that would be possible.
I dated him in San Diego CA believe it or not. The story is long. I needed proof of what he was saying and he gave it to me. Incredible. Strange he died flying over Bellingham WA (does not seem likely). He had bullet hole marks on his body too (which happened whilst he defected and did so by putting poison in the cake of those on duty) to get his MIG out. He defected to Turkey then we took him in to get as much out of him as we can then ditched him (he gave seminars). He said he knew it would come (his death) when he was no longer useful anymore giving us intelligence.
