OM602 is an old tractor diesel, it is very slow but it will run forever. OM605 is a multivalve engine with much more power but it also won't last as long as the old one ceteris paribus.
you can go 190 kmh and faster....but you need to drive down the hill 😂😂 and of course it's not good for the Engine/Transmission and the Differential ... at all
