As someone who has used both types of tires, I absolutely prefer solid tires. I wish more e-scooters used solid tires with suspension. That's the ideal solution. If I had to choose between air-filled tires or solid tires without suspension, I would choose solid tires. No flats and no maintenance > smoother ride.
I love my solid tires, with suspension. I would not buy air filled anything. I live and commute in Philly and been doing it for years. Yes, it can be a little rougher but not a big deal with suspension.
Considering both bikes, I tend to like the vertical battery as a natural place.to put a big heavy object under the seat. That config gives s lot of power in the smallest package. Wish Hey bike had 14-16 inch tires, not for speed but to put in cars or luggage.
Hey guys just to let yall know, you can non zero start it (throttle without pedal start) if you hold up and down for 9 seconds then go to P04 then change the setting on the lcd!
Title should be-Don’t buy a 💩scooter with 💩tires. My $400 dollar highboy has suspension and the solid tires have perforation to make it better. It works pretty good.
There must be at least 100 different E-bike Companies selling units in the U.S. most with really weird names. Most of them from China. Many of them are very similar in style and features. Out of all the ones I have checked out, I really like the Velotric Discover 2.
I have one too, my signals turn off after about 40 seconds. If you ever lose your charger. Cost for a new one is $80. Total for me is $95 including shipping. because I live in Hawaii. Otherwise i love my panther.
Just went for a ride with two grandchildren and two dogs. Amazing, my grandson is handicapped this gave us time together without the wheelchair. Just love it.
Hi , how is the nomad for working out, does the cadence sensor take that away, wanna be able to put muscle, can't you put it in a hard gear as you pedal as cadence sensor counts revolution
Just got the G50 Pro, cool upgrades, its a tiny bike thou, but the seat is absolutely dreadful! So tiny and thin, been looking for a replacement...hard to find, any suggestions? The upgraded version is awesome, but man that seat!
What are the pros and cons of this punk rider? I'm planning to get one but still unsure cause it's a very new company out there. Also how tall is the pole from the deck to the handles bars cause I'm not that tall 😂
Batteries are real garbage in those bikes. Me and my friend both bought that bike and the battery lasted 2 summers. Used it for 3 months each summer. My friend took it 2-3 times on the second summer because of a surgery. Brought them inside and charged it every month as specified. No change. And good luck to find another battery. Will never recommend those bikes.
