Are you Irish by any chance? 🙄 To be perfectly honest I’ve never liked Nadine. Yes she can sing, but she’s too stuck up and aloof for my liking. She dislikes Cheryl for no good reason, and always seemed to be interested in herself than the band as a whole. She frequently refused to take part in promotional activities with the other four. Even now that that Sarah’s dead, she’s still distancing herself from the other three. Yes she’s talented but she’s always been my least favourite of Girls Aloud, purely for her snooty and prissy attitude. Cheryl may’ve been the weakest singer in the band, but at least she was friendly, approachable and down to earth. Sorry, I know Irish people probably hero worship Nadine and despise Cheryl for her popularity, it’s always the Irish fans who moan and whinge that Javine should’ve been the 5th band member and accuse Cheryl of lucking into the band because of her sex appeal, but most other people agree Nadine was unpleasant and arrogant. Even my old friend who loved Girls Aloud had no time for Nadine, she refused to give her an autograph. Cheryl and Nicola however did and even thanked her for her support. At the end of the day, it’s how marketable and PR friendly you can be. Which is why Sarah and Cheryl were frequently the most popular and well known of the band. Nadine was too busy swanning around turning her nose up at people. Sorry, just my brutally honest opinion.
@@Spudchucker92 I genuinely like alternative opinions! I'm Australian. I was also a singer here too at the time. I see that I posted this a year ago, but I genuinely think all the girls have a lot of talent in unique ways, which made them work so well. I liked it when they were all friends :(
The entire "talent show" debacle was a proven farce though, I just find it genuinely hilarious how someone as flat vocally as Cheryl Cole can tell ANYBODY with an inch of vocal talent (that sound miles better than her), should not have an opportunity. It's like a footballer telling a basketball player he can't play, two different games that the other doesn't really know how to play. It's wrong.
You don't have to be a singer to tell a bad song, much like you don't have to be a chef to tell if the food is good or not. Louie and Simon are not singers, but they judge.
