It could be your tonsils. I suggest buying a waterpik, invest in an electric toothbrush with a round head and get a round tongue scraper with bristles, concentrating on the back of your tongue. Do this twice a day. It gets rid of all the plaque in the mouth. You should see an improvement in two weeks. If no improvement, see a doctor, it could be something medical.

you can use a regular toothbrush, followed by an upside down ordinary spoon used for eating, to scrape the tongue. The combination of those two things is about the same thing as a tongue scraper. Make sure you rinse your toothbrush after every use and store it outside of the bathroom where it can dry out completely. Even have two brushes so each can be used once a day and then dry out completely every day. That can make a difference. Don't use a brush for more than 3 or 4 months; get a new replacement every 3 or 4 months. You can soak a tooth brush in Hydrogen Peroxide overnight if the brush starts to smell. It kills the worst type of bacteria usually found on toothbrushes and in the mouth and tongue.

Bad breath is a symptom and not a root cause. Since a "healthy" body does not suffer from this, one must assume this is a result of being "unhealthy". An under-performing organ such as the liver, adrenals/kidneys, pancreas, is/are at fault and the exact reason needs to be identified and treated. Once the root cause is addressed, the body will naturally get rid of the bacteria that causes bad breath, as it would be "abnormal" for a healthy body to have. So simply scarping off the tongue using a magic scraper, adding special magic gels, using special expensive mouthwash, etc., while ignoring the root cause will never result in permanent change.
Right, but if you'll notice they are using a probiotic mouthwash which is in fact addressing the root cause which is bad bacteria in the mouth. I imagine taking an oral probiotic as well will help to remove the other candida throughout the body. Of course long term diet, supplementation, and lifestyle changes are crucial for eliminating this problem permanently.
TheDannyAdventures Not exactly. After countless hours, days, etc... I realized the root cause is even deeper. I dont want to get into it as its very extensive but here is a quick nutshell: The liver is responsible. In Chinese medicine, it is said that when the liver is not functioning at its correct level.. heat is created AND it disturbs the saliva glands in the mouth which in turn there is less saliva in the mouth which supposed to wash out the crap in the mouth... when this occurs, the mouth's saliva is stagnant thus bacteria build up. look into chinese medicine's definition for white tougue and go from there.. Western medicine is FULL OF BS with no real answers. I hope this helps you.
TheDannyAdventures Another insight for you: I went to see a Chinese accupuncturist and he claimed my liver was the issue of the problem... SO, I got a liver function test done with my family doctor- ALT/AST came back negative. Went to see a gastroenterologist- told me to relax and not worry. Went to see a hepatologist - told me I should see a shrink because there is nothing wrong with my liver. Went to see a radiologist and got an ultrasound- bingo, i have a fcking problem with my liver which is causing this BS. I took this result to all three previous doctors..and they still say i need further testing such as a liver biopsy to confirm....Never trust a western doctor.. COMPLETE POS. The acupuncturist asked me a handful of questions of my problems and concerns and told me about the liver within few minutes and charged me $50, including an acupuncture session. The Western doctors charged me net $1500+ just to assure me that I am completely fine. I would highly recommned getting an abdomen ultrasound done for approx. $160-250 and see what the radiologist sees as abnormal.. and skip the useless doctors.
