This song is about the Holocaust and the concentration camps and the dude telling the story worked there and saw people get burnt to death that's why Johannes says everybody turns to dust and how can I breathe when my mouth is filled with their ashes but evidently the dude feels so bad for all the people he saw die that he calls for the Bloody Angel to make it all go away...
