More or less the same process today. Kind of ridiculous that we even talk of "today" when digital is vastly superior but there is a rich seam of hipsters to be tapped.

New York is not the same without them. However, given what Manhattan is now, I suspect that the Twin Towers would be embarrassed.

I think that Great Britian was historically known for its great Navy and sea vessels, but certainly they were involved in aviation also but probably not to the extent that America has been and continues to be. We know the British were certainly involved in WWII, as were the Australians also!

Although the use of wax instead of shellac happened around the 1940s did they have magnetic reel tape and stereophonic sound back then?

Radioactive contamination that "leaked" for more than 20 years from the Dounreay nucIear pIant in Scotland will MEVER be completely cleaned up, a Scottish government agency has admitted. Tens of Thousands of Radioactive fuel fragments escaped from Dounreay plant between 1963 and 1984, polluting local beaches, the Coastlines and tge seabed. Fishing has been banned within 2 kilometre radius of the plant

Thanks for posting I worked on the materials research and structures testing of Typhoon at RAE Farnborough on SPFD Titanium alloy Foreplanes and at BAE Systems (Air) Structural Test Facility Brough on CFC co-bonded wing spars and skins. From 1987-1993. With Putin attacking Ukraine and threats to NATO the development of Typhoon has been vindicated, lets hope the GCAP Tempest progresses will as a worthy successor.

Mr. Farlays point of views are totally outdated..Today its all about avionics and not aerodynamics in which Soviets Russians are 20 or more years behind..Besides all these highly praised MİG 29 s have been easy prey for F15 and even F16..This video is very old and needs serious updates..

It is very amusing that a Britisher explains all this, as there is only one record that the British hold in aviation, that is, to cock up every single project ever they endeavored on, save two. Both were from the same one single man. The Supermarine Spitfire and the Schneider Trophy aircraft.

The risk estimated one in 80,000,000 that visitor to beach contacts waste particle. So a bucket of sand in a kids sandcastle. Basically fucked up the possible solution to climate change by lazy cheapskates in charge. The smallest particle in tissue is very likely to cause cancer. Kids suck their thumbs, right?
