Love all of these tips! Not sure if you mentioned it, but this time around that I did testing for my new pattern I gave everyone the Canva link with commenting privileges(they can’t edit the document only add comments) that way you can edit any mistakes during the testing process and they can see whatever the most current version is & that way nothing is constantly repeated! Some of my testers also said they sometimes miss some of the messages sent in the group chat so doing the canva link was so much better for me this time. The testers can also add their comment to that specific area/text box that they’re talking about which I love😁
@@MelissaSalazarr I’ve seen people do this as well! I love pattern tests like this! I know I keep mine solely on Instagram because some do not want to create Canva accounts to sign in and see the document but it really is helpful!
My problem with pattern testing is when they say to tag a friend. What if you don’t have a specific friend? I feel that counts against you. I’m a very experienced crocheter. I don’t have a huge following. But I can make almost anything I see. I’ve been crocheting since I was 10. Long time. So it discourages me from applying. I just don’t feel that is fair. I trying to build followers but I don’t have time to do this all the time.
I agree. I don't apply to test for this reason. I get that the designer is trying to get their pattern out there, but most of my followers on my business Instagram are friends, my former students, former classmates, customers from my markets, vendor friends, and family.
What is the color comparison to the big twist electric tangerine and Bernat brights orange? I’m wondering if the big twist would work for a ninja turtle the orange if his mask…?

Congrats on your new craft room it looks wonderful. If this is your first time having a white computer case, how do you like it? I'm due for a new computer and have to decide on a white or black case, I'm just worried the white might be too bright in my space. Your computer area looks so amazing
My computer is my pride and joy! I love the white case with my white keyboard and mouse it really helps tie the room together for me. 11/10 recommend! ☺️
I love watching your mom and your videos!! You are so down to earth and fun loving and not silly. I enjoy selling my things at markets! It's so much fun to talk "crochet" with others and exchange patterns and tips and tricks! I buy crochet hooks at yard sales and am going to bring them with me at markets to give to people wanting to learn. I gave a young girl my dish cloth pattern and a crochet hook. She went home and made some that night and the next market, she came to my booth and showed me the pics! I was so happy!
