If you're on a NSW Pension, you receive 4 single (2 return) trips per year in Economy, and the upgrade is well worth it. These vouchers are 'loaded' into the Countrylink system on the first of January each year, so you don't receive them in the mail any more :)
@@terrynelson2664 St Mary's losers out again. Is the same happening to the block on the south western side of the station aswell, block to be demolished and units going up?
Outstanding perspective of 2670, adds another dimension that's all Inspiring,,, keep up the great content my friend,, can wait to see the tunnel boring machine bust through into st marys station
My old school and infants included which i started in 65, everything is so different now along with the area all around it ... great for most people i suppose, but it makes me feel kind of sad
Is it true you can hook these usb direct to positive an$ negative right into the headlight housing .. ? Great content sir. Plan on doing this myself this week. Yikes. Haha
Hi Terry, how much does a bike of this calibre cost new, what was price of sale after 12 years. I last owned a Honda 750 Boldar but got too big and heavy for me as I aged. I now ride around on 125cc motor scooter in our south coast village lol
No I lived in that house when my dad was the principal of St Mary's Central - it was not a cottage but had the original school (Loungeroom) and then 6 bedrooms. Separate Kitchen and dining room. We had to pat the goat and cow to get to St Mary's High (before Target was built).
WoW, thanks for sharing, I knew it had to be bigger than a cottage, noticed 5 chimneys, 3 in the main building and 1 each in the two detached buildings. What great memories you must have.
It was the actual school and principals residence before the larger buildings went up. I went to that school and was also on the P&C when my children went there. We had a "Stupid Stupid' female principal that wanted to knock it down so she could have a car park closer to her office. I had a nice long chat with Ken Dwyer when he was the mayor of Penrith and that is why those historic buildings are still standing.
It is still known as Nancy bird Walton airport (WSI)western Sydney Airport just as Sydney’s first airport is known as Kingsford smith or commonly called Sydney airport
Hi Terry I’ve just bought a ct125 myself and am wondering about your headlight protector / front rack and the bag that sits on the rear rack. Would you provide some details, please. Thank you.
Hi Stephen Thanks for subscribing. The rack on the front with headlight protector came with the bike, I'm sure you could order them from any Honda outlet, or find them on the web. I also installed a twin USB 12v charger that I found on E-bay, anyway thankyou for your Commets.
Oh about the top box on the back rack, it's an off the shelf I found at the bike shop, it's a VENTUREA' brand. I could not find a attachment bracket for it so I made one out of PVC pipe and spray painted it black it's also expandable.
I can remember walking with other kids on schooldays from a milkbar on Queen Street after playing the pinnies and taking a shortcut thru the bowling club shown at the bottom left of picture. At that point there was a massive mulberry bush which we helped ourselves to the berries. Later the bowling club installed an electric fence which a couple of kids found out the hard way when having a piss
The Bus Depot next to the Yard is CDC Charter and Commercial, formerly Hillbus(CDC) St. Mary’s. When I worked there I frequently seen PN trains on the line especially the limestone trains to reserve back to Rooty Hill
Hi Terry, Thanks for the videos. I would love to have a bike like that. I rode bikes from 1968 to 1988. My first bike I owned was a Bridgestone 50cc and the last one was a 1976 Triumph T140v Bonneville.
I drive a truck for ACFS who are the joint venture partners in this rail yard with Pacific National. When we started going there by road in our A doubles ( Basically a two trailer road train) our permitted route from Port Botany was to turn right into Carlisle Ave off the Great Western Hwy and then left into Luxford Rd. Go a few kays down and turn right at Palmyra Rd and left into Forresters Rd. Continue right up to St Mary's station and right into the driveway. If anyone is familiar with the area you'll understand our trepidation in maneuvering a 30 metre long truck that at times was nudging 80 tonne through such a highly populated area. We are now permitted to use Glossop St , with some axle weight restrictions in place due to the railway bridge located on Glossop St. Thanks for the video, It was great to get a bird's eye view courtesy of a drone.
@@terrynelson2664 thanks. They're ok going forwards( surprisingly maneuverable) but it's a task in reverse for sure. Just another point on the video. We don't pull the trucks up beside the trains. After entering the yard from the St Mary's station end we stick to the eastern side of the yard to unload and reload the containers. We do a u turn down the northern end of the yard and leave via the same driveway. Between the trucks and any train are the stacks of containers.
I went through the usual avenues, asked if it had been handed in at the near by Woolworths, asked the locals, reported to the police and made an Insurance claim. It turned up on Facebook two weeks later, in perfect condition
This is too cute! Hopefully this weekend coming there can be celebrations for both 🇦🇺 and 🇼🇸. Plus they should have kids rides and food trucks there or something …
Well, technically it’s a UFO because you haven’t identified it yet 😝😜. Yeah, that’s interesting. More than likely, it’s completely random and does not have anything to do with your UAV.
