There’s two different replies depending on if you built the village back up but every other time you talk to her she forgets about it. After the third time of telling her you freed the village you just stop telling her so I image that after the third time Link told her the village was safe he got annoyed that she forgot somehow every single time they told so he just stopped telling her.
