You didn't mention the case of the nineteenth century Italian Jewish boy who was abducted or kidnapped from his family and raised as a Catholic by the Pope. He converts to Catholicism, of course, becomes a priest / monk, but towards the end of his life, he is arrested by the Nazis for ebing a Jew and taken off to the concentration camps. One popular history channel series actually takes that as being the final end, the last gasp, of the "Holy" Inquisition.

Professor S, and the comments below failed to mention that the Moors were what today are called Negroes, or Black people. Simply google Moors and watch what pops up in images. They also failed to mention these Moors that were forced to convert were Jews. Yes Black people are Jews. Not practicing a Jewish religion. The actual children of God.
