Base recipe was a bit bland for my taste so I doubled the spices and it's absolutely delicious and so easy to make. Mine came out a little murky looking because my chili powder wasn't nearly as red, but past the looks it's an easy 8.5/10. Thanks!
Added two tablespoons of Corn flour and maida during marination. Fish turned out to be crispy from outside with proper retention of seasoning & spices; while soft and juicy from inside. Loved the taste after these modifications in recipe.
I live abroad. I don’t get all these types of chillies, we have a limited supply of sunshine. Can you give us a simpler version and in a smaller quantity? Thank you for your excellent recipes.
Hi dear....you can divide each ingredient by 4, thus reducing the quantity but may not be feasible and measurement may not be accurate. I suggest you buy it online or from anyone selling bottle masala 😉 Thank you so much for watching and for your interest in EI cuisine 😉 God bless
I was told by the fishmonger to poach first because the egg sack skin is quite delicate. Then, once poached, I could do whatever dish i wanted to it. I have no cooking time for poaching or its temperature. Normal fish poaching is 8 min.
