My name is Lyudmil Tsvetkov, 55 years old (2022). I live in Balchik, Bulgaria.

I'm not a sports person, I started doing it to feel better after a long time of stagnation. At first I started going outside, but this has some drawbacks - it takes longer, depending on the weather, monotonous and boring walks... Then I learned about Kinomap service and started home training!

In early 2022, I was hospitalized with a heart attack (probably after covid-19) and had a coronary stent. I'm fine now, I train regularly, but with moderate cardio-controlled workouts.

Encouraged by the RU-vid beautiful videos, I decided to shoot my own. I'm shooting with GoPro Hero10 Black with ZHIYUN Crane-M2 stabilization.

I try to choose beautiful, interesting places, with a small slope and low difficulty, so everyone can train on it, lasting 30-40 minutes. I hope you like it!
