Ma'am I don't have the financial support now to start a clinic. But i need to support my family. I have done bds frm govt college ma'am can u pls tell me How much a dentist is Paid by working as locum in someone else's clinic?
Hi doc .. instead of fixed pays lookout for clinics working on percentage basis . Also there are many doctors who give their setup for practice for some partnership. I suggest you look out for that if you are confident in your work or else different clinics offer differ pay which depends on their practice output!
@@impressionz100 yes ma'am ..i understand everyone gets different pay. But ma'am I'm in a dilemma now about should i go on doing percentage basis job or should i look out for jobs as medical coder. I'm sorry. but I'm really in a situation where im the one expected to earn in the family so soon. so i approached you.. so ma'am will i get enough pay to atleast get basic needs for my family through clinic jobs or should i just switch ?
@@maryjames9988 what i will suggest look up for interviews to understand what are you offered. In a situation where you cant judge whether your ends would be met work for few months before giving up . You can switch fields later too. All the best!
okay ma'am.... i was too sad for giving up this field for which i did work hard in college. But situations are such that i had to take some advice.... thanku again ma'am for not judging me and helping me
But doc see other point of view that if we give best quality with minimum budget still patient are not ready to give that much and he/she leaves in that case what should we do ? ( In my town people only see rates they will compare 10 or more dental clinics and after that the one which take charge less they go to there )
Hi doc.. its not just your town its a general mentality everywhere but we need to choose whether we want patients to do treatment for less charge and keep coming back because their problem is not solved or failed OR we want to do good work have patience to buildup a name so that these patients come to u saying ki agar acha kaam kerwana hai aur poore tarah se thik hona hai to dr vegito k paas chalo😀
No concessions please. No complimentary scaling and who gives complimentary crowns ?! Don't do that. Smart patients will still drag u down till u get nervous. Consultation should be collected at reception only. What I would like to add to above video is that....you should be confident. If patient still don't pay then don't beg. Be polite. N tell no with smile on your face. Out of 10, 7 returns. N it's for good 3 don't come....they come after problems r created by dentists who compromised. Coz those patients r hysterical.

Hello Shraddha.. honestly i would personally avoid it if possible… its just that in such a scenario there is lot of price comparison which leads to doctors reducing their cost unbelievably in order to survive. Not that one will find dentist free area ,but atleast look out for some distance
Cosmetic dentist means are you holding a masters (MDS) in any of the 9 recognized specialities? Secondly, pls stick either hindi Or english so that it's easy for the followers.
Very good suggestion for clinic set up I m planning my new clinic in 600 sq ft area, amd im. Planning reception, consulting chamber and operatory separate...... But im confused in partition whether i should go for fulll glass partition or wooden plus glass one... Can you please suggest which one to go for...

Personally my clinic works 10-8.. also i see to that if i am unavailable either my assistant doctor or my assistants are available to attend the patient so that they dont go unattended

Hello doc.. sorry for late reply.. there are lot of dentist groups on fb and whatsapp which you can be a part of ,which constantly informs us of upcoming courses.. start with one and you will slowly understand what suits u… i feel any lecture that we attend will have something to teach us.. all the best

Hello doc… if u ask me its the same what I suggested in the video.. join some doctor for few months . Get updated with the current.. see whats new in dentistry.. if u feel confident then just start practising independently… all the best
Meri bhii brasses treatment chaalrahi hae.....before i put brasses for 3 yrs......at that time my cheecks was not chubby.....after i took out my brasses i start having chubby cheecks......after that i didn't use reatiner .....few yrs back i realize teeth going inside......but cheecks was chubby.....but when i again put my brasses back i start loosing my cheecks size😭😭😭 I so much worried ......if what this happen for lifetime????
