Hi, i understand that this rucksack's top lid hinges in the opposite direction to most other rucsacks ie. the release catches are at your neck and lid opens out towards the rear of the sack. How are you finding this? Thank you for the video but I'm not sure you can tell a rucksack is going to be comfortable to wear if you've only just unwrapped it. Best to give it some use before you can state this (in my humble opinion). Cheers

Hello there! We took the comfort room for 3 people and we were surprised that there is no door where the beds are. When you enter through the first door you show, is there only the bedroom and the bathroom? The other door you pointed to confused us. We bought it to be a private space, but does the other door open to the stairs or other rooms? Or is that the bathroom door?
