Hi Julian, The software used in the video is for demonstration purposes only. APG will provide all necessary SDK’S. Activating the NetPRO™ cash drawer is done by a very simple command set over a standard, direct TCP socket connection configured in your development environment. The cash drawer can be configured to accept any domain server policy you have in mind, including static IP or DHCP. You can configure the cash drawer any way you wish. You can download the development tools for the cash drawer from our FTP site. You will find demonstration applications written in Java and in Visual Studio 2008 VB.NET. If you are interested we will grant you access to these SDKS. Please email us at sales@apgcd.com or call 763-571-5000. Thank you, Breanna Brown APG Cash Drawer,LLC
Can anything be done once the hinges stop working correctly? I have one of these and after 6 months the lid stops popping up and doesn't click down properly
