I found that they aren't as good in ref. was wondering if I put them in a mason jar and sealed the top each time I opened it and keep it on the counter.
@@KetterhagenC I'm repeating a question from another subscriber asking if it's OK to keep kale chips in a vacuum sealed mason jar and just re-vacuum them every time so we can keep them out in the open instead of the fridge? Another subscriber says they weren't so good one kept in the fridge. Thank you for your advice.
I was hoping you were going to show us a better way to strain nut milk. Just skipping the straining step all together is not what I would consider nut milk, it's more like a nut smoothie or a mix between milk and nut butter. If you like it that thick and heavy, cool. But not for me.
Thanks! I am just learning and this is exactly what I was looking to learn! Will look for your cheat sheet. Hope also to find info on what can be tray frozen.
The "more greenish" bananas are actually on the riper side in the video -- when I was filming this I was like, "they'll work." But now I'm seeing how brown they are. lol Anyway, you get the idea, right?
Thanks for the awesome tips! I've been eating healthy off and on for years and its so true about training your pallet. I look forward to joining your Eat to Thrive Challenge this month :)
Great video!I loved how you laid out all the ingredients at the beginning to visually show all the ingredients in one shot. Very helpful. I haven't made your Kale Chips yet, but will later today. Your three recipes look delicious!! I'm sure they will all be great..but which one to try first? Hah! Thanks for posting.
I am jealous of your blender. It really makes such a difference in the smoothie to have a state of the art blender. I was expecting use of frost sweetened spinach. Still excellent selection of vegetables and fruit. Completely agree about removing the bananas. My partner despises bananas. Cannot say I have ever heard of substituting pickles for a traditional citrus, but spicy pickles would probably go really well with a traditional mango blueberry flax seed smoothie (almond milk base). The recipe you made looks fantastic, especially the basil. Keep up the hydration!
Thanks so much for the thoughtful feedback! Agree about the blender making a big difference. I know the vitamix is really popular but I love my blendtec! If I didn't have it and didn't want to break the bank I'd probably get the nutribullet. I know a bunch of people that really like theirs!
Hydrating smoothies are a game changer! Since I started drinking them I don't get headaches anymore and I'm not constantly thirsty!!! Hope this video helps you get rehyddrated!
I'm back to to your video I tried your recipe couldn't get everything but I tried so yeah I blended Basil, Pineapple, Romiane lettuce, Iceberg lettuce, Zucchini added coconut water, honey and apple cider vinegar a few days later I tried it continuously I feel so muvh hydrated and have energy I release more bowel movements more, thanks from the bottom of my heart for sharing this video which has made a great impact on my health wishing you lots of good luck and success
