Now in his fourth decade of recording popular romantic, spirited, funky and fluid George Benson and Wes Montgomery-influenced guitar magic, Dallas based artist, composer, producer Jeffery Smith graces us with the cool, mostly laid back perfectly blended instrumental and vocal tracks. While the strings and the groove dominate, Smith - who launched his career in the 80' opening for R&B icons the likes of Lakeside, Midnight Star, Zapp & Roger, and Millie Jackson - is also an impressive balladeer whose silky vocal tracks beautifully complement his adventurous up-tempo, danceable tracks.
Beautiful, I have been listening to 80s funk, and smooth jazz since I was a kid. I even though I like some classic rock of the late 70s and 80s and even 90s this misc right here, the musicianship, the soulfulness, is stunning. The way this music gives of happy loving vibes is what makes it special. Today’s music is dark and evil.. god bless this channel and everyone that listens to it

Mama's favorite station was WNUA, if she was still here you is what she would be listening to ALL!! day. You have no idea what a good feeling it is to actually see her in the kitchen while this is playing, Rememory Spells are a beautiful thang. Keep up the good work.
Cool. Qualitative groove and melody. Happy birthday and greetings to all the jazz fans on here. Back in the day, fans in 🇳🇬 gave jazz the tag line, “music for the mature mind”. I think that still holds true. Shout out to all those jazz fans who were students at the University of Jos between 1990 and 1994. Thanks for posting.
66 years old and it just keeps getting better. This is true jazz music at its best. Been doing this for a while and this is a serious groove to smooth jazz. Keep it coming!
Kudos to who arranged the visual for this awesome piece.. I'm a life long musician and from the first Note I saw myself in a vintage convertible, mirror aviators on wind in my hair.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm a fan
