My guy, yes this is GTA 5 Five M using an online server with hundreds of other players in. Look it up, the RSR freeroam servers on the Five M launcher.
@@Ryantube112 if you have GTA on PC, get the Five M launcher and search the servers for the RSM freeroam ones. There are modded cars, handling presets irl locations and more. Or just look it up on yt the RSM freeroam servers.
