I have rescued a bunch of dogs in my life. One dog ,,a female boxer named Train Wreck was found by me in a union Pacific railroad yard, she was reported to be uncatchable and was hit by a rail car when the railcars were being backed into the yard one Saturday morning.. Had her for about 8 yrs. She trotted thru the property one morning doing her normal rounds as I watched her from inside thru window 🪟, about 20 minutes later I had went out to feed chickens & horses, and I started to look for train wreck as I called her, I then seen her where she just layed down and died, she looked as if she just layed down to take a nap and didn't wake up..sad day. One of my best friends..she was about 5 yrs old when I found her mostly dead, starving, thirsty, had knots, lumps & bumps on her body, I had to drag her out from under neath a new vehicle that was in its staging space in the yard.. Any way, after an animal is helped, they don't forget that, they end up being very happy and joyful, they know you helped them when others mistreated them... She was a forever dog. Chayce Beckham is just so nice, met him at concert Virginia Beach last September. He’s amazing singer,songwriter and musician. The new EP Doin It Right is so good, love all the songs on it. Love the way he takes time to spend with fans after concerts just a sweet caring guy. Love ❤️
I just got mine last week and it's a blast to play. I've been playing for 25 years and I've also got several higher end guitars, a Gibson j45, Martin D-18 and D35, but the DX will go with me on my travels as it's impervious to weather and sounds pretty damned good for a $600 guitar.
Wow Garth you cannot say hi how are you to your fellow man I always thought he is VERY arrogant and VERY pretentious there are other artist more talented then he is so he should really come down to earth
I always had thought Garth was arrogant, This and a few other stories that had been told about him confirms it. Wade is a nice guy, I remember when he first had his first hit! I was a teenager, I remember where I was the first time I heard it in the car and what road I was on!!!
I feel like in the last couple years, people can buy air time on Adult Contemporary stations these days... I'm a radio DJ myself and I kinda suspect this to be true, cuz these "no ones" keep on popping up on airplay charts for AC stations...

And it plays like a dream I cant afford a high end martin yes it's not 1000s of dollars worth but it's the best acoustic guitar I have ever played and for intermediate players like myself it's a great start off martin guitar
The black guitar that Johnny Cash played for 20 years was a Martin D35, a superb professional instrument with a 3 piece solid wood back & made in the USA. Martin released a Johnny Cash D35 Commemorative model which is also a quality high end solid wood guitar (just over $6,000). The "Made in Mexico" black thing they are pushing in this video is a DX with a stratabond neck & has little in common with a real D35 other than the shape. It isn't a high end instrument that Cash himself would have wanted to play. It says a lot that they failed to let us hear it played by a competent guitarist or better still, a sound comparison with one of the Johnny Cash D35 Commemorative guitars. The Martin DX with stratabond neck are good guitars for the money but don't put CASH on the fretboard unless you mean $$$$.
I was gonna tell at you a little bit until I read the last sentence.Ive got a DX1ae with a Stratobond neck.It sounds good,probably because it has a solid top.The Cash model does not have a solid top so it does sound "quacky" as they say.I have seen a video and heard it plugged in and I thought it sounded okay.I guess tone is subjective.I think some of your points are valid.I think the Richlite fingerboards are good.
I used to be a nothing but martin guy then a buddy came with a taylor now I have five high end taylor guitars I wanted a martin I went and played every martin guitar they had I did not like none of them martin guitars are just a name taylor is the best made and sounding guitar out there sorry martin fans I do have a 1980 martin d28 which I was really lucky to find it's the only martin I could find I liked but taylor is the best
Seriously! Johnny deserves an all exotic wood guitar adorned with rich abalone not some composite body! I can’t believe his son is backing this product, there’s other ways to lower the price. Actually our acoustic guitar cost are getting to be too high for the average Joe. I’ll never play a composite acoustic guitar as they’re are meant to be wooden instruments which sweetens with age!
You can buy a real Martin Johnny Cash D35 with Engelmann spruce top, ebony fingerboard and East Indian Rosewood back & sides for around $6,000. The Johnny Cash DX they are flogging here for around $800 has high pressure laminate back and sides & a stratabond neck. It probably sounds okay for entry level but it isn't the real thing and can never sound like the real thing.
Seriously? Why couldn't someone PLAY it for us (both unplugged and plugged in)? In all fairness - I have one of these on order, so I've put my money where my mouth is... John Jr. mentioned wood, but - not so much - the neck is made of laminated wood strips, and I suppose there are some wood braces and kerfing inside the HPL body... but that was a little disingenuous... C'mom, Martin!
@@gmoore6166 Martin did make a Johnny Cash Commemorative D35 which retailed for just over $6,000. Don't confuse the BGLO (black guitar like object) they are flogging here with the real thing.
