I like how, arguably, Corked bats don't really give all that advantage. If anything, you're trading one thing gor another. There's a reason why you don't see corked bats anymore.
I'm wondering if a pitcher is found to be cheating, if they should just have his team forfeit instead of just ejecting him... How many batters in how many innings get cheated because of it? Enough to potentially sway the game? That would make the coaching staff and rest of the team be a little more proactive with cheating pitchers
What's interesting about corking/boring being illegal is that while the official reason is because it supposedly offers an advantage, in reality it doesn't. It does however compromise the integrity and structure of the bat, making the bat more dangerous. So while it is good that it is illegal, it's illegal for the wrong reason lol
Only in baseball would acquiring intelligence on the enemy, deciding it, and using it in battle be considered cheating. “Stealing signals”?? And that ladies and gentlemen is why baseball is NOT the American sport.

I met him once while working at a department store (early college) . This is when he was with the willd. If my memory serves me right, he looked about 5'9" and 190lbs. Anyways, I made some joke about him being in the league and he laughed it off

I don't really watch hockey. But listening to the commentary excuse and pretend for Cooke braining that guy is AMAZING. One thing i like about baseball commentary, when someone does something repugnant especially if there's a track record they will not hold back in their disgust. Remorse on his face? My ass lol. ive noticed a trend the players are getting "revenge" lol quiet an assumption but arvidsson get hit then the colorado one the torres one on seabrook and hossa led to keith being dirtier , kind of policing themselves cuz the officials suck
