Yeah the ammo comes from Far Harbor the commonwealth traders are supposed to start having the ammo once you get to far Harbor but I can never find a good amount

Second try, I hit it at the start, still that was only with 6 luck so I was flabbergasted

Decently so, with 10 luck the odds of getting it first try is 2% I got it second try with 5 which works out to about a 1% chance
