Interesting! I've been wanting to explore this topic a bunch and it's ultimately why I chose this title, because I surely don't feel like I'm in the class of youtuber that has 1-10+ Million subs. Right? I mean, that's upper class RU-vid, yeah? Either way, love the discussion! I feel like it would be a whole Colin and Samir movie hahaha
The scanning set up is a beasttt. Love the border look as well and it’s great when scanning for the other peeps out here in Pittsburgh. It’ll get a lot of use out here!
It's really cool to hear about the music key stuff with Musicbed The music nerd in me is lighting up thinking about all the useful theory that could translate to using this tool..like how B minor is essentially the same as D major, or that the 5th* of D major is G major and that would also jive, OR you could move D major to D minor and get moody.
Good point, hadn’t thought of that! I thought to myself, if I get a selection of songs I’m happy with, it’s easy enough for me to find out which of those are in the same key even if it doesn’t say it anywhere. But deliberately putting in key changes is a really cool idea! I’ve only done it out of necessity so far, but using a key change to signify a stronger difference between scenes or the options you mentioned is pretty cool.
Hello! I’m new here but wanted to say that I really enjoy and appreciate your high-quality content, which made me hit the subscribe button. Greetings from Southern California ☀️
My guy I am legit going to take your advice and I am going to do this for my Saxophone/ music channel and I will surely comeback here the moment I do. Thanks brother❤❤❤❤
My canon is to noob for this functionality 😢 I have an SL3, That was so frustrating, I was like: hell yeah let’s do this I was so excited, I had many ideas, I just checked on the menu of my camera, and I can not, Why Canon ???? 😭😭😭 but thanks for the video, it’s really great 👏
How I can set up multiple exposure option active, when I press on this option it’s saying that -this option not available on current settings- maybe you can help and navigate me how setup this option active
I am switching to PP from FCP and it seems that it automatically converts my log footage so when I apply a corrective LUT it seems to look off. Is that normal?
Amazing, truly amazing.i'm a beginner photographer and i was really enlightened listening to you❤❤❤,i also ended this vedio by subscribing to your channel, thank you 👍👍👍.
Hello, how do I set the camera and how do I set Premier Pro so that after recording in log format, all clips after editing and adding LUT have the same color even though they were recorded at different time intervals (for example, one clip was recorded at 11 and the next at 16 or on one the sun was behind the clouds and on the other it wasn't)
Hey Eric, could you make a video (or Rallycaps episode?) about your decision to move to Squarespace? I just saw you made a completely new website and I'd be really interested in your thoughts on presenting the various branches of your business on a single website, using Squarespace (as opposed to Wordpress or hiring an agency) and how you do SEO in Squarespace. Would love that! =)
I own and use 2 x C70 cameras, a R5C and an R3. My dream is to get the c400 (as A-cam) + R1 (as B-Cam) both with c-log 2 and 24 and 26 MP sensor.. (same sharpness.. ish) + RF 15-35 f.2.8 and the RF 24-105 F2.8 But yeah... its not a DGO sensor.. and new is not always better in every way. But then again it would solve the issue of having 4 cameras and a shitload of primes to log around all the time in the bag...
Low light doesn't get better because of the lower megapixel count. the sensor size is the same. The light per pixel is higher in lower megapixel cameras but the sensor get the same amount of light... Don't confuse ppl please
I want to say this video is a voice of inspiration for me. At this moment in time I have recently revived a couple 35mm cameras. I spent my last couple days off wandering around where I live burning through 10 rolls of film. And after word meeting the curious few intrigued by the film format and pondering the possibilities of photography. I found myself smiling uncontrollably without prompting the muscles to do so. Struggling with anxiety and depression as far back as I can hold a memory, trying many things to cope, heal, or move on in life. I have tried more hobbies than I can count and none have left me with a feeling of reward or purpose more than what I did in the last two days. I am now waiting for the negatives to be processed to see what worked and what didn’t
The XA4 had a 28mm lens with macro capabilities where the wrist strap had beads that let you measure distance for accurate macro focus! The Nikon L35AF point-and-shoot cameras is still one of the best ever.
Hello, i am 25 years old i have a backround in retouching in a very harsh enviroment (budoir skin retouching) with hundreds of hours of editing in photoshop, i plan on starting photogrpahy as well, do i still have a chance at 25?
