Fantasist. Feral children after 5 years in the wild at such a young age do not simply adjust to society without a huge amount of professional help for many years, many are unable to even speak as adults. She has a book to sell.
I know about the children in India and the boy in Africa and they were never so well adjusted . I find this one hard to believe . Have they interviewed any of the people she encountetered in the past ?
Somthing is just not right with this one . The two girls in India and the boy in Uganda had some problems ,it was not just smooth sailing like the woman .

I've been reading the first book. I have got to where Martha is sent back home from England and I just couldn't take any more. How much can a child be made to suffer. I am raging against Jackser and I feel equally angry at her mother. I want to shake her until her very bones rattle. And yet Martha is afraid of her mother dying. I want to scream at her 'it would be the best thing that could happen to you'. But what do I know?
This is bull, u don’t recover from being raised in the jungle and then raped in brothels for the first 20 odd years of your life then end up in Bradford England speaking 2 languages as a normal mother with family, absolute shite.

I read about Amala and Kamala ,two feral children from India , a boy from Africa and a girl from somewhere in Eastern Europe and all of them wasn't so well adjusted as this woman . They had to learn how to walk , speak and to adjust , and in the end they had learning problems or somting like that . The only way i would believe this lady story is if there is some kind of evidence . Is there any interviews with people she encountered in the past or photos ?

I just watched this episode on tv. The first wife was beyond stupid. All the lying and stealing he did and draining her bank account then he sexually assaults a 13 yr old and she forgives all after he comes out of prison?! She wanted to be conned. She didn't care that he was screwing around with other women because low self esteem apparently made her think she couldn't get another man and frankly she must not have wanted anyone but this jerk! The 2nd wife was just as dumb. Meeting people on line and telling them everything about yourself-is dumb! You have no idea who your talking to and in this case they were talking to a psychopath! Who sends money to people they don't know because their husband who claims to be a spy told them to?? Why would anyone working in intelligence bring the mother of their children into an world of secrets & danger and have strangers calling her to test her loyalty? What idiot would fall for that lie? Because an actual spy would not tell his or her spouse they're a SPY! But for those married to real intelligence officers are the spouses stealing from your bank account? No! Con men know which women to prey on and that's why they succeed. Call them on their bullshit. Keep your life private. Stay off dating sites and chat rooms. We all fall for the wrong people but a little common sense would have gone a long way for his victims.
People don't understand just how charming he could be, or the techniques that he used to manipulate women. The same sort of undue influence techniques that a cult leader would use. It's easy for others to think they wouldn't fall for it. He was incredibly dangerous.

I have all her books , ordered from England. Worth every penny. Best I’ve read of this type.2 years later I'm reading them again. Trouble is it only takes me 2 days per book. Troubles me more 2nd time through. Need movies. Easy best seller, no rewriting!
