AMC theater just outside, as well as cheesecake factory. Jamba juice in front of the Blazing Onion Co. Burgers. It's a good place to take a date and in the holidays it's a nice shopping. Gotta fight i5 traffic if you're coming from Seattle though.
Thank you Vera for the update. What is your take on the Fed raising rates, given that (at least anecdotally) many properties on the east-side get all-cash offers? (in other words, they don't care what the rates are since they're not financing with a mortgage)
Genghis thank you for your question. Actually not allot of homes are cash sales. Many come with no finance contingency, but buyers are still getting a loan. I am seeing market slowing down due to increase in interest rate and stock market daily shifts. I don't think we will see a big price drop but more of price stagnation.
