This is fabulous. Thanks for posting. Grohl's gravelly voice is sheer perfection for the opening and Springsteen at 65 does a fine job summoning his earthly rasp. The only one who's a bit too clean in vocals is Brown, but then again, he's the youngest in the group and may not have as much experience matching a cover's intensity. Love this performance.
I forgot how spastic and average the Boss is. It's weird he can be that spastic and that average yet still crush it for so long. Anyone else, in another line of work would be at minimum passed over for promotion year after year and at worst, been let go a few decades ago. Yet he's still crushing it.
Dave Grohl loves this song... but his reaction to John Fogerty playing it at Howard Stern concert is epic... so is the performance by Fogerty. Grohl is excellent vocally here, blows the other two out of the water.
