I was listening to many songs on RU-vid, and suddenly this song of yours came back to my RU-vid feed. I like the song very much because of the high-quality video used in the song. After listening to half of this song I noticed that this channel has very few subscribers and views. I thought why is it so low because the numbers are very good and should have many views and the channel should have many subscribers but why not? Then I checked your channel analysis and after analysis, I found that your channel SEO score is very low and you are not using any tags and your videos are not promoted anywhere so your channel is not increasing subscribers and views. The first time I have ever seen a professional use a "Mollard - Brite Stix" baton. Always interesting to see a rehearsal process with the composer conducting his own work.
Hi there @SPrescott2611, I'm actually Barrington Pheloung's daughter, and it wasn't a baton that he bought pink; when I was around 3 I went to the studio with Dad, and he coloured one of his batons in with pink highlighter for me to play with. From then on, he'd often use the coloured pink baton even if I wasn't there :,) You can see the colour has smudged off a little around the grip, and he'd recolour it with a highlighter every few sessions <3

to be fair it's more from hard work than it is anything else. Most people given the time and passion involved are able to reach a level where they can interpret feeling into what might then produce from that. Barrington Pheloung will have worked very hard for this I'm sure
Fugue is one of my favourite episodes of Endeavour, and it’s made more enjoyable by the music of Barrington Pheloung. How wonderful it is to see him conducting the orchestra playing his compositions.
My husband and Iwe used to watch Morse when we live in England many years ago i felt so sad to see the end of endeavour it was Morse who passed with his red jaguar what an ending I'm going to miss the show its one of the best all these actors they deserves to receive an Oscars do u agree
Sadly, "they" lay too much music, and too loudly, over the dialogue. I do not understand this. That diminishes the dialogue. Barrington was not composing for silent movies. Also, I'm determined that British television microphone recording standards for television are substantively different than US standards, or practices. Oh, well, as of this writing the final season ( (in US) has only 2 more episodes to go. If I sound like an old fogy, just look at the old Inspector Morse episodes. Little soundtrack intrusion there.
