I wish more products of Kuretake were availabe in The Netherlands. I have seen such beautiful ink sticks and I can't get none of them or I pay 4 times more then the original price. And now this set comes out which looks very beautiful and serene to use.
Nie polecam produktu, długopis przecieka przy końcówce, tusz tworzy dużą ilość bąbelków, które niszczą pracę, a sam marker nie należy do najtańszych😡 (I do not recommend the product, the pen leaks at the tip, the ink creates a lot of bubbles that ruin the work, and the marker itself is not one of the cheapest😤)
The answer you're in search of is , regarding promotion of propaganda. Due to the educational value of the information shows us that true knowledge/ history is dangerous against status quo. Therefore being snuffed out or becoming victim of suppression in media consumption.
Is the ink supposed to feed through the bristles of the brush nib? or is it supposed to sloppily bubble out of the two hole at the base of the nibs brush and then dribble down to the brush (hopefully without dripping off and making a mess) via gravity. because, if so, thats a dumb design that offers no advantage over dipping a brush into ink. in fact that would be better and less messy and less wasteful. right now im letting the pens drip all over a scrap sheet of paper and then dipping into the puddle so it doesnt go to waste. again this offers no advantage being marketed as a pen when its really just an ink applicator throwing ink downward at a brush that isnt a pen. Is mine plugged or do they all suck this bad?
You have to unscrew the front and back parts and remove the little spacer ring and screw the pen together to puncture the ink cartridge. Then you can push the cartridge to press ink to the bristles. You have to do the same with the glitter brush as well. They protect the ink from pouring out during shipment I guess.
Hello, I just wanted to share that if you have the shorter flap of the envelope overlap the wider one (instead of how you’ve done it in this video), you will get a nice precise centreline for the back of the envelop. That’s the detailed design in Japanese stuff. :)
Just got my White brush pen today, which is great! However, when I began to use it, the white ink began to burst with a lot of bubbles in my first try. It also made a huge mess in my table as the ink spread around my work area. Is that normal?
It's been 10 months since your comment, but I'm having the same issue. I just got my brush pen today and followed all the instructions, but the ink is leaking. I tried pushing softly and working carefully and it seemed to be okay, but I wanted to know if it's normal for the ink to leak and drop by the sides of the brush
Serious question I am using these brush pens right out of the package and they aren't working. Am I doing something wrong? I followed the directions on the side and they just are not working for me. Am I supposed to clean the ultrafine brush pen tip for it to work? Does it only work on certain kinds of paper? Is it so transparent it's unnoticeable most of the time. I'm new to art and I keep looking but I'm wondering if I made a mistake getting these.
I had one in medium. Great black, the ink worked perfectly with the paper in my sketchbook, but unfortunately it ran out very quickly. Maybe I had a bad one.
@@midollafunI just open mine and saw the ink comes from a sponge-type reservoir. I suppose I could syringe ink onto the sponge part of that might help to get it going again.
I have this! It's honestly great!! It's pretty hard to control at first if you're new to brushes but after some practice you get the hang of it eventually :) Just be careful to always rinse it after painting/inking and never lose the plastic cap so that the brush will always be well maintained
I just wanted to say that I adore this illustration! I love the techniques used black and grey dress pants, and I love the colored brush pen for the pop of color! gorgeous illustrations!
Thank you. I have a Japanese ink stick and stone that was given to me almost 70 years ago, but it has never been used. I wanted to know how to use it and care for it, and you have helped me.
