I've seen videos of wild Canadian Geese where mated pairs will greet each other with that side to side head movement. She thinks you're her Sugar Daddy. :)
The only way I saw geese not being agressive is if I raised them. I don't know what difference are there between normal geese and the canada geese, but I am the only one who they don't attack. Heck second time they layed an egg I PICKED UP the egg from UNDER THE GOOSE and they didn't even raised their voice. The first time she layed an egg, she started making a nest IN FRONT OF ME, and I saw the whole process. But anyone else they do attack, even my parents who they could see every day.
There is a geese family at the lake area at the park where i go and i watched the parents ,5 gooslings grow up to become young adult geese with the same colors as this goose here in this video they are still there today. They love cheerios and crackers ha ha.
Love me some Canada geese. I take care of our park geese in the neighborhood. Four families now, two since 2021, the other two, most likely descendants or the two older pairs, hatched their first goslings this season. Who is Frank's mate unless no mate and the eggs will be sterile.
Fun fact: Geese are sometimes used as guard animals since they can’t be lured away with food like guard dogs can. They can also honk really loud and are generally pretty aggressive as shown in this video.
Canada geese are my favorite animals, I have my local honks that all come up to me for pet and plenty of corn and peanuts (ps don’t feed geese or ducks bread, it’s horrible for them)
