I am replacing an S2 front wheel motor and it has the blue, green and yellow motor wires as well as a little black flat wiring harness with 4 or 5 little wires that plug into an obvious like wiring other end, but there is one white wire that's with the set of wires from the wheel. It has a black plug in type of connection but I dont see any obvious place to pug it into. So what should I do with it?
My KQi3 pro is approaching 5000kms. It has been a great reliable scooter so far. I avoided rain and did some minor maintenance myself. OG tires changed out at around 4000km mark.
Hey what if my brake wire is too short it was very difficult for me to connect it to my handlebar and now they rear brake feels awful and dangerous . Is there a way u cannhelp me w this issue ?
What should you do if the plastic part has melded to the other one? Would it be safe to just connect them and use electrical tape around them? I would think not 😂
To our knowledge, we don’t recommend any methods that would do that, simply because the controller and motor are rated to work in harmony, and so any technique to increase the speed would likely cause the components to burn out and have a shorter lifespan
I have a scooter that won't turn on or charge. I did this same basic test but I didn't have a charge port extra so I rigged up with alligator slips and a nail into the charge plug for the positive lead. I tested first to see if this worked and I was getting 42v from the charger. So I connected this to the battery through the connector and in my case the charger light never changed color. So I'm assuming that there is legitimately something wrong with the battery not the wiring or components of the scooter? Thoughts?
Segway breaks are week now? I have a segway p100s. The breaks used to be strong, but after riding through the winter they can't stop me, only slow me down or stop if I break 30 ft in advance at really any speed above 15. I really shouldn't have rid it on ice and mud...but I did. It got caked in mud and cold. Any guesses at what's wrong?
When we think of Scooters, they are either in the 15 mph category, 20 mph, 25 mph 30 mph etc.. there’s so much fluctuation, depending on the weight of the rider and other conditions, that I generally don’t get too granular with the speed
i got the console and everything and it turns on but for a split second and shows one bar and i haven’t used it in a couple months and that might be why but i turn it on with my charger and it says 4 bars any help?
Thank you for a good review, would this be a good deal for a $300 refurb? I'm looking to use it to shave a 1/2 mile off my commute from a parking garage and back and zip around a couple of miles site seeing on my days off. I'm open to brands but want to keep the price to around $300. Any help would be great thank you. I'm 6' 200#s
hi. just did the same, there is another HEX screw inside under big screw on red caliper. It is a screw under the screw. It is for adjusting another side, second brake pad. So you can adjust distance of both brake pads.
Would be nice to see the old console to see the failure. After 15 minutes research, the Gotrax has a terribly designed handlebar insert that attaches to the battery assembly. Mine crapped out after one charge.
I just ordered a new throttle for my NIU KQi2 Pro because I got the 03 error. Can you make a video on how to remove the main console to repace the throttle. I only found one video but it was not very useful. Thank you.
Hi, thanks for sharing this information. I bought my Segway Ninebot F35 at Costco a year ago for $375.00. The only problem I've had is the rear tire going flat a couple of times. Other than that, I love my scooter for commuting to work. I ride the scooter to the train station then to the job site.
Is there a speed limiter to remove around all those wires under the deck? Ive been really curious about this and so far have had no luck with anyone saying they have done this on the Hiboy s2 pro. You seem to know a lot about this so please let me know.
Can you provide me with the old battery that you removed? Because I have a gxl V2 and I cannot buy a new battery where I live. Because of how expensive it is, I want your old one and I will maintain it if possible
Does anybody know what happens if I loosen that hex on the side of the caliper that presumably holds the spring mechanism? Will it fly apart or can it be easily reassembled...I need to clean mine, as the front one binds at full bite, slightly. Also, the one thing I would clarify in your video is that A) the distance between the two pads from the rotor should be even and B) the gap should be tightened as much as possible, but still loose enough to compensate for "out of trueness" of the rotor.
