Footage of me coxing various crews during both training pieces and regattas / head races captured on Gopro hero 5 with RRC. Hoping to use this to help myself improve and to help out other coxes out there.
Great stuff and I have tears in my eyes now. Wish I knew what all those phrases mean and I guess a cox has a sore throat at the end of the race. Glad that you overcame the disappointment of 2022 Cameron and we (Toby Lassen's parents) remember talking to you in the cafe area then at Henley when you explained what happened.
