Those tires are at 12psi. We were not running lockers, cause one of the guys with us doesn’t have them. Don’t know when you’ve been out to Sand Hollow but it’s been wet, cold and very slick out there.
There's not much working gray matter there! No strap would've been needed IF they had applied the parking brake and/or parked it in gear while all the people standing around simply pushed it onto its wheels.
