Unfortunately, not really. There's a way you can make his Flash Bomb destroy parts of the floor that were especiffically hit by it; but then the screen camera must be set in a wonky way, in order for the characters to not simply die by falling into the pit. So a effect like this would look almost nothing like the original anyway.
Funny enough, the reason it never came out was because the fans didn't like it bieng a 3d game, now we want it back( which I'm totally for if we it means not another Resi or MH.)
