I have an exactly same one as the 2nd organizer. My knife stuck in draw, I can’t open my drawer now. The handle stuck in left top corner and the sharp point poked in to the corner of one grid. I came to find a solution and found this advertisement, what a sarcasm.
Hello Selina! Sorry to hear that! Maybe you over stack the drawer why the got stuck. I’ve been using mine for over a year now and I don’t have any issues with it. You probably need to get a handyman to come and assist you. Hope everything works out well. BTW, this not an advertisement. Yes my friend, always wanted a lamp in the bathroom just can't find the perfect one to fix the space so I was happy when I ran across it at home goods. I use lamp throughout my entire space because I hate turn on over head lights. I only is I need to for example; in dark areas when I'm shooting videos. Thank again sweet friend!🌿
